Mercury Getter Firing for the Other Lamp including CCFL and FFL Manufacturing
- This is a process to heat the getter

remaining gas.

attraction to oxygen and nitrogen.

- For the Getter Flashing by using the high
frequency induction heating,
heat the Getter part of the inside
of the glass tube at 900~1200¡É
within 25~30 seconds by using
the RF Power around certain KW without
any contact by using the external
inductive coil to evaporate.

and the minimum amount
of mercury Gas.
- Improve the productivity by the automated
process
- Completely isolate the noise, the problem
of the M frequency device.
- Extract more than 30~70% of mercury compare
